Registration & Pricing

What does registration get me?

When you register for a full conference pass, you’ll have access to the whole Dimensions experience, while day passes provide access only on the given day. Events and activities include:

  • Keynotes, sessions and interactive computer labs
  • Offsite demo and hands-on training (transportation provided)
  • Special Monday night reception event
  • Surprise Wednesday night customer appreciation event
  • Most meals Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (plus snacks!)
  • Opportunities to earn Professional Development Hours credit

How much does it cost?

The cost of a full conference pass varies from $1,495–$1,795, depending on how far in advance it is purchased. We also offer special rates on full conference passes for educational institutions and government employees. For those unable to attend the full conference, single day passes are available for $675. Are there group discounts?

Yes, there are several options for group discounts. See: Registration Rates

Are guest passes available?

Yes. Guest passes are available for those who purchase a full conference pass. A guest pass costs $375 and is valid only for admission to Monday night’s Expo reception event and the Customer Appreciation Party on Wednesday night. See: Registration Rates

Are flight and hotel expenses included?

No. Attendees are responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation and incidental expenses.

What are the acceptable methods of payment?

There are several payment options: credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express), check, bank transfer, money order or purchase order.

Can I have an invoice sent for my registration expense?

Yes. During the registration process, in the payment section, you can opt to receive an invoice.

Where do I mail my payment?

Make your check payable to Enterprise Events Group, and include your name or a copy of your registration information. Check payments are due 15 business days after completing your registration. Mail payment to:

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made prior to end of day October 2, 2020 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations requests received after October 2, 2020. Requests must be made in writing via email or mail.

When and where is the conference?

Trimble Dimensions 2020 is happening November 2–4, 2020 at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. See: Hotel & Travel

Do foreigners need visas to attend?

Residents of most countries need a visa to travel to the United States. Confirm current visa requirements with your nearest consulate or embassy. See: Visa Requirements

How do I select the sessions I want to attend?

You can select the sessions you’re most interested in attending via the online Session Catalog once it’s available. Registered attendees will receive notification of the catalog release date prior to the general announcement.

Where do I pick up my badge?

All badges will be provided on-site at the conferernce. Look for the signs.

What should I wear?

All Trimble Dimensions events and activities are “business comfortable.” Whatever that means for you is fine with us.

Are presentations available in languages other than English?

All presentations at Trimble Dimensions 2020 will be in English.

How do I reserve a room at the special rate?

How much is the daily resort fee and what is included?

All guests of Dimensions pay a discounted daily resort fee of $20. Amenities include hotel Wi-Fi, access to the fitness center, access to the indoor and outdoor pools, and complimentary shuttle service to local attractions.

What room amenities are included?

All rooms include refrigerators and co ee makers, 24-hour room service, Smart TVs with premium cable channels, and two bottles of water.

What are the driving directions from the airport to Gaylord Opryland?

  • Exit the airport onto Interstate 40 West.
  • Follow Interstate 40 West to exit 215B and merge onto TN-155 North/Briley Parkway.
  • Continue on Briley Parkway to exit 12 for McGavock Pike toward Opryland Hotel/Convention Center/Music Valley Drive.
  • Merge onto McGavock Pike, then turn left at Music Valley Drive.
  • Continue towards Opryland Drive.
  • Gaylord Opryland is on the left.

How do I get from the airport to Gaylord Opryland if I don’t have a car?

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is about eight miles north of Gaylord Opryland, with multiple options available for transport between the two.

  • Airport shuttle: $19 one-way; call +1 615 883-2211 to schedule pickups
  • Taxi: $30 one-way (approximate); pickups curbside in Ground Transportation Center
  • Lyft: $25-$30 one-way (approximate); pickups in Ride App Zone A
  • Uber: $25-$30 one-way (approximate), pickups in Ride App Zones B and C

How do I make travel arrangements?

Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the conference.

What will the weather be like?
